Welcome I'm Tracey Jones ​

I’m a psychotherapist, counsellor, and clinical supervisor based in Canberra. I offer warm, grounded, and respectful support to people who want to understand themselves more deeply and navigate life’s challenges with greater awareness.

My approach is creative, relational, and trauma-informed. I draw from Gestalt Therapy and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and authentic self.

My Approach​

I work in the here-and-now. I help clients notice what’s happening in the moment — in the body, in emotion, in thought — and gently bring curiosity to these experiences.

This might include:

  • Tracking physical sensations

  • Noticing how you breathe

  • Exploring emotions and patterns

  • Working with dreams or creative expression

  • Supporting dialogue between parts of self

My style is collaborative and attuned. Therapy is not something I “do” to you — it’s something we engage in together, at your pace.

Where I Work​

I offer in-person sessions in Greenway Canberra and online therapy across Australia.

Sessions are confidential, compassionate, and focused on what you need — whether that’s gentle witnessing, emotional processing, or practical support.
