I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to bring whatever you're carrying — sadness, fear, anger, confusion, or even just a sense that something needs to change.

Together, we can explore your experience with compassion and curiosity, not urgency or pressure.

You don’t need a diagnosis to seek therapy. You just need to feel ready to begin.

 

My Therapeutic Style

I’m not a therapist who just nods. I’m present, responsive, and curious.

I draw on:

  • Gestalt Therapy – awareness of the present moment

  • Somatic approaches – listening to the body

  • Creative processes – symbol, metaphor, movement, and art

  • Relational presence – tuning into what happens between us

Therapy is not about being “fixed.” It’s about being met.

It’s about remembering who you are — with gentleness and truth.

 

What to Expect in a Session

Every session is unique, but we might:

  • Notice what arises in the moment

  • Explore thoughts, emotions, or body sensations

  • Work with dreams or images

  • Use sandtray, drawing, or movement

  • Sit in silence

  • Laugh, cry, get curious together

You set the pace. You choose the depth. I walk alongside you.
